| What is One Price? | |
| Why did Gunn decide to sell vehicles for 'One Simple Price?' | |
| Traditionally dealerships make customers negotiate with professional sales people. The sales people control the vehicle's selling price based on the customer's ability to haggle and the salesperson's need for a commission. Mr. Gunn felt this way of doing business was wrong, and he decided to change the culture in which we do business. He felt it is better for everyone to get a fair price and be comfortable knowing that they paid the same price for a vehicle as any other Gunn customer; hassle-free shopping. Gunn's prices are fair, upfront, and very competitive because we base each vehicle's price on the current market value. We clearly post all of our prices on the vehicle and on our website. At Gunn our sales professionals are paid a salary, not commission. Now, doesn't that sound like a better way to purchase your next vehicle? |

| What is One Price? | |
| Why can't I negotiate the price? | |
| Our customers told us that they wanted to buy their vehicles in a hassle-free, negotiations-free environment. At Gunn we've pre-negotiated the deal and have given the customer a better price up front than they might eventually get after hours of haggling at a negotiating dealership. Gunn's prices are fair, upfront, and very competitive. We clearly post all of our prices on the vehicle and on our website. Our sales professionals are paid a salary, not commission. Their interest is the same as yours: to help you find the best vehicle to suit your needs. We think that this is a better way to purchase your next vehicle. |

| What is One Price? | |
| Why aren't your salespeople paid a commission for the sales? | |
| It's not our philosophy. We don't want a commission salesman - trained in selling and negotiation techniquesa - selling you a vehicle based on the amount of money he's going to make off your purchase. This is an unfair situation for the customer. To do this, Gunn's prices are fair, upfront, and very competitive. We clearly post all of our prices on the vehicle and on our website. | Before Buying a Vehicle | |
| Who appraises my vehicle for Trade In value, and how? | |
| A Manager or Vehicle Buyer will decide your vehicle's value. They are regularly involved with regional car auctions, and will use a variety of tools to determine the value. These tools include comparing your vehicle to those in our current or recent inventory, and dealer auction results. Shopper's Tip at a negotiating dealership (not One Simple Price): A trade-in should never be part of the initial negotiations - save this discussion until after you've agreed on a price for the new car. Dealers may offer a below-market price for your trade-in and use the difference of what you should've received as a discount on the new car's price. Don't go for it. If they give you $2,000 for a $4,000 trade-in value and then take $2,000 off the new car price, you're simply at break-even and haven't gained a thing. Insist they keep the trade-in amount and any discounts separate |

| Before Buying a Vehicle | |
| Why does my Trade In value differ between dealers? | |
| The actual dealer value can vary because each dealer uses the current market value in their area to determine the value. Do research first on a third-party website to get an idea of the current market value of your trade-in. At Gunn we will do a complete evaluation of your vehicle on site and present you with an offer and a check to purchase your vehicle; this check is good for ten days. We will purchase your vehicle regardless of whether you purchase from us or not.
